Brown spent the season with Hapoel Tel Aviv
Olympiacos made an offer to Carlon Brown, according to sources.
The guard spent the season in Israel with Hapoel Tel Aviv averaging 19.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.8 steals per game.
Brown has also played professional basketball in D-League with Idaho and Santa Cruz.
