Dusko Ivanovic will fly to Athens next week to meet Panathinaikos

Dusko Ivanovic has been invited to Athens by Panathianikos early next week.

The Greek champions and the coach are discussing a three-year deal.

PAO started the season with Pedoulakis as head coach. After Pedoulakis was fired, Panathinaikos put Alvertis at the helm of the team and the PAO legend won the Greek title in five games against Olympiacos.

Panathinaikos lost to CSKA Moscow in five games in Euroleague Quarterfinals.

Novasports first reported the news that Ivanovic was the target of the Greens for the head coaching job.
