Barcelona offered a big buyout for Papanikolaou

Barcelona Regal stop hesitating and make the offer for Kostas Papanikolaou. The offer itself includes a 1.500.000 € buyout for the greek team, which seems to have been accepted. Papnikolaou asked Olympiakos a three-year 5.700.000 € contract, but Olympiakos think that is too much. Barcelona offered him a three-year 2.100.000 € contract.

But breaking news are still coming: seems that, according to sources close to the greek team, that Atlanta Hawks have already offered him a contract to go immediately in NBA. Deal is not revealed, but Atlanta is absoultely able to match the buyout offered from Barcelona because has 6.000.000 $ cap room.
