Rashad McCants: 'Through Puerto Rico for another shot in the NBA'

Rashad McCants, to PrimeraHora, said that his agent advised him to play in Puerto Rico where a lot of ex NBAers are playing.

"My agent advised me to play in Puerto Rico also considering how many NBAers are here. If I play well in this league, I might have another shot in the NBA" said McCants who is averaging 24.5ppg. "In Puerto Rico the games are harder, a lot of contacts are allowed. We don't have a long roster due to injuries but we are working hard to reach a good basketball level. Ike Diogu is in China and some local players will join us next month. I am sure they will help us to fight for a spot in the playoffs" said McCants who is wearing the jersey of Caciques de Humacao.
