Wally Judge signs with Penarol de Mar del Plata
He started the season in Israel
American big-man Wally Judge has signed a deal until the end of the season with Penarol de Mar del Plata in Uruguay. Judge started the season in Israel with Hapoel Tel-Aviv but then he was waived due to his poor perfomances.
