Demetri McCamey will announce he is declaring for draft Wednesday skipping his last year at college. So far, the guard who averaged 15.1ppg, 7.1apg and 3.6rog in the season with Illinois Fighting Illini in 36 games, will not hire an agent but but "very serious" about staying in.
