Kentucky, five players declare for the draft
Wall, Cousins, Patterson, Bledsoe e Orton al draft NBA
The freshman all-Americans John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins are among five Kentucky underclassmen who declared for the N.B.A. draft. The junior forward Patrick Patterson, the freshman guard Eric Bledsoe and the freshman center Daniel Orton are also entering the June 24 draft.
