Cinque costole rotte per il coach di UConn
Connecticut coach Jim Calhoun was recuperating at a hospital on Saturday after he collapsed following a fall in a charity bike ride.
He broke five ribs during the fall, and was set to be released on Sunday.
Calhoun said he hit a pothole and fell with about 16 miles to go in the 50-mile ride. He finished the ride, but moments after he collapsed.
"We have one-word descriptions for conditions, and it doesn't get any better than 'Good'," hospital spokesman Maureen McGuire told the Hartford Courant. "He's healthy. He's feeling great, his spirits are great."
