LSU forward Wayde Sims killed in a shooting in Baton Rouge

LSU forward Wayde Sims was shot and killed in a shooting which took place last night near to Southern University in Baton Rouge, local police said. Sims was 20 years old. The player died because of the gunshot wound, the police stated.
During his sophomore year at LSU, Sims averaged 5.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
