Alabama meeting with Avery Johnson for head-coaching job
The former Mavs and Nets discusses a deal with the university
The Alabama Crimson Tide are looking for a new head-coach and the management is interested in signing former Dallas Mavericks and New Jersey Nets head-coach Avery Johnson.
Johnson still had a first meeting and another one is scheduled for today.
He can replace interim coach John Brannen, hired after the departure of Anthony Grant after six seasons.
