Aaron Thomas of Florida State decided to turn pro and signed with agent Seth Cohen of Versus Management Group.
Per Slamonline, After being deemed ineligible for the remainder of the season earlier this month, Thomas announced that he would start his career.
“I am excited to begin my pro career. I will continue to work really hard every single day,” Thomas told SLAMonline. “I am in great hands with Seth and the entire Versus team.”
Thomas’ departure will be a huge blow to Florida State, as he was the team’s leading scorer at 14.8 points per game.
“We are currently evaluating the offers that I have overseas, but the D-League is also an option,” he admitted to SLAMonline. “It will not be long before we make our decision.”
He added, “I’ve been working really hard and am ready to go.”
