NCAA UNDERGROUND weekly: Seth Tuttle &....

Sportando U. Teams of the Week and "you don't know (or maybe you know) how good is..

NCAA

YOU DON’T KNOW (OR MAYBE YOU KNOW….) HOW GOOD IS…

F – Seth Tuttle (Northern Iowa)

His Panthers are in the ranking and undefeated; Seth is their technical leader as a four-man that can dribble, pass and be dangerous both back and front to the basket

SPORTANDO-U. TEAM OF THE WEEK (UNRANKED TEAM)

G – Keifer Sykes (Wisc. Green Bay)

Leads his team to win vs #15 Miami. Crazy athlete, don’t get surprised to hear his name called early by Adam Silver in June

G – Kyle Hittle (Incarnate Word)

Must be what you breathe in San Antonio…Big upset in Lincoln, Nebraska. vs the Cornhuskers. Kyle scores the game-winning baseline jumper with the defender on his face… he’s also shooting almost 60% (!!!) from 3point land in this season

F – JJ Avila (Colorado State)

Unique-style tough forward, king of the intangibles. Leads CSU to the win vs Colorado with 19points, 4 steal and 2 blocks

F – Justin Sears (Yale)

Yale beats UConn and he puts a double-double (12 points and 15 rebounds) on Amida Brimah. He’s vertical, quick, athletic and with IVY-league IQ

F – Jarell Martin (LSU)

His Tigers beat #19 West Virginia and Jarell brings size with interior toughness plus a double-double (18pts and 14rebs)

SPORTANDO-U. TEAM OF THE WEEK (RANKED TEAM)

G – Tyus Jones (Duke)

Leadership, basketball IQ and big performances when it matters most. The next big point guard out of Duke comes out strong vs Wisconsin (22pts, 6rebs and 4ast).

G – Wayne Selden Jr. (Kansas)

Mid-range game, three point shooting skills, NBA-body; leads the Jayhawks past Florida with 21 points

G – Stanley Johnson (Arizona)

Energizer on both halves of the court, getting ready for the draft lottery; in the meantime leads the “other Wildcats” to key win vs the Zags

F – Montrezl Harrell (Louisville)

Toughest four of the NCAA, strong body and aggressive to the rim. His undefeated Cardinals win easily vs Indiana as he puts another double-double (4th consecutive) on the box score

C – Willie Cauley-Stein (Kentucky)

On #1 team of the nation with a roster full of lottery pick he’s currently the top scorer, has got the highest playing time and (most importantly) is currently over 60% on free throw percentage
