Bryant Mbamalu gets Nigerian passport
The rookie from Louisiana-Lafayette becomes a cotonou
Senior shooting-guard from Lousiana-Lafayette Bryant Mbamalu got the Nigerian passport, source told Sportando. He acquires the Cotonou status, that will help him to play as a bosman in Europe next season.
Mbamalu closed his senior year averaging 12.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.3 assist per game.
