No.10 seed Stanford beat No.2 seed Kansas 60-57 and advanced to the Sweet 16.
Dwight Powell led Cardinal with 15 points and 7 rebounds. Chasson Randle added 13 points whole Nastic and Brown scored each 10 points.
Kansas star Andrew Wiggins had just 4 points in 34 minutes shooting 1-for-6 from from the field. Tarik Black was the top scorer for the Jayhawks with 18 points.
After the loss Andrew Wiggins said to Jeff Goodman: “I blame myself for the loss”.
