Duke tops Georgia Tech 68-51

Duke won at Georgia Tech with a great team-effort in the first half (43-27). Freshman sensation Jabari Parker had 16 points (6 of 12 FG, 4 of 8 FT) and 14 rebounds, while former Mississipi State swingman Rodney Hood added 14 points (5 of 16 FG, in the last four Hood shot a combined 14 of 45 from the field).
For the Yellow Jackets sophomore power forward Robert Carter jr ended with 13 points and 8 boards.
Duke will play Thursday at North Carolina and Saturday against No.1 Syracuse
