Kentucky won 84-70 at Ole Miss with a good team-effort and the usual dominance under the boards (39-23). Julius Randle had 25 points and 13 boards with 6 of 7 from the field and 13 of 14 from the foul line, while James Young added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
