Florida beats Kansas with a 21-0 run in the first half. Coach Donovan used a 1-3-1 zone that forced many of the 16 turnovers of the Jayhawks in the first 20 minutes. Senior pointguard Scottie Wilbekin had 18 points (career high) with 6 assists and 4 steals, while senior center Patric Young added 12 points and 6 rebounds.
For the Jayhawks the only player over 10 points was Andrew Wiggins with 26 points (3 of 6 from two, 4 of 9 from long-range, 8 of 8 FT) plus 11 rebounds, both career high.
