Ohio State beats American University 63-52
The Buckeyes have won 4 games in a row
Ohio State manages to win over American University with a good second half, after a first closed with 26% from the field. The Buckeyes have not yet found the proper balance on offense, partly because of the anonymous early start of LaQuinton Ross, forward who plays inside and out, from whom coach Matta expects much more of the current averages of 7-point with 24% from the field.
Great performance of junior center Amir Williams, 16 points and 7 rebounds with 6 of 9 from the field, while the combo Shannon Scott-Aaron Craft (best defensive backcourt in Division One?) combined for 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 10 steals.
The Buckeyes will play Monday against Wyoming
