There are  some differences with the coaches' top25  , Oklahoma State is  4 positions higher. Indiana is not considered here, replaced by the ever- talented but often unfinished Baylor.. Surprisingly the Tennesse' absence, Syracuse receives so much credit despite the uncertainties in the backcourt . Among the overrated definitely Wichita State , which has lost two key elements of last season - point guard Malcolm Armstead and power forward Carl Hall . There is a sense of balance at the top, with many teams that have the means to think big, even among those outside the rankings . The first is Saint John's: Steve Lavin has a roster with well above average athleticism  and at least two NBA prospects - the center  Chris Opebka and the forward Jakarr Sampson , but also the versatile Sir ' Dominic Pointer and the explosive freshman point guard Rysheed Jordan-
