Fresno State Dismisses Robert Upshaw From Program
He has been suspended for the third time
Robert Upshaw has been dismissed by Fresno State after a third violation of Athletic Department policy.
Upshaw, a 7-foot center, was Rodney Terry's top recruit during his tenure at Fresno State.
Upshaw was suspended for three games in February, sitting out against UNLV, at San Diego State and against New Mexico. Upshaw was then supsended a second time at the end of the regular season.
When he signed with Fresno State over USC, Washington and Cal, Upshaw was a four-star prospect and considered one of the Top 50 prospects in the nation.
Upshaw will look to continue his career with another college.
