As reported by Jeff Goodman, Jon Scheyer may return to Duke not as player but as coach K special assistant.
Scheyer is playing pro basketball in Spain with Gran Canaria this season after his negative experience in Israel with Maccabi Tel Aviv last year.
Goodman wrote that the deal is not finalized yet but that Scheyer would replace Nate Jones fromer spot.
