The Sacramento Kings have officially waived Taren Sullivan and signed rookie guard Gabe Vincent to an Exhibit 10 contract.
Both Sullivan and Vincent are expected to spend their rookie season with Sacramento's NBA G League affiliate, the Stockton Kings.
