Cavaliers sign Levi Randolph, waive Isaac Hamilton and Scoochie Smith

The Cleveland Cavaliers have reached an agreement on a training camp deal with Levi Randolph, according to Keith Smith of RealGM. Randolph spent last season in Italy and France with Dinamo Sassari and Strasbourg.

The Cavs waived Isaac Hamilton and Scoochie Smith to clear the roster spots for Randolph and Bonzie Colson.
