Bzdelik thought about his future the entire summer and decided to retire.
Per ESPN, Bzdelik, 65, informed coach Mike D'Antoni and general manager Daryl Morey of his decision on Sunday. Bzdelik has been considering retirement throughout the summer, and there are no health issues that dictated the decision, sources said.
