Tiwian Kendley signs with Wizards

Tiwian Kendley signed with Wizards according to his Instagram account.
He played the Summer League with Washington averaging 9ppg, 2.5rpg and 2apg

Kendley is a product of Morgan State where he posted 26.1 points per game last season.
