Lakers, Luol Deng reach buyout agreement
The player will be back on the free agent market
As reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Los Angeles Lakers and veteran forward Luol Deng have reached a buyout agreement. Deng had two years left on his contract with the Lakers, worth around $36 million. This move will help the Lakers in creating enough cap space to sign another free agent to a max contract next summer.
