NBA Board to vote on some potential rule changes

As reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic, the NBA Board, who will meet on September 20th, will have to decide on some potential rule changes proposed by the Competition Committee. Among the rule changes, there are reset of shot clock to 14 seconds after offensive rebound; simplification of clear-path foul rule; expanding definition of "hostile act" for purposes of triggering replay.
