Raptors signing Kay Felder to a partially guaranteed deal

He finished last season in Detroit

As reported by Sam Amick of USA Today, the Toronto Raptors have agreed to a partially guaranteed deal with point guard Kay Felder. The player finished last season with the Detroit Pistons and will fight for a spot in the roster of the Toronto Raptors.

The Raptors have made a late summer addition, I'm told, adding Kay Felder on a one-year, partially guaranteed deal. The 23-year-old point guard will compete in camp for Toronto's 15th roster spot.
