Marco Belinelli will not play for Italy’s National Team against Poland and Hungary in September’s World Cup Qualifiers.
The Spurs guard already informed the Italian Basketball Federation and coach Meo Sacchetti of his absence in the two important games on the road to China 2019.
Belinelli returned to the Spurs this summer on a two-year deal and he would love to be as ready as possible for the NBA training camp where he will fight for a role in the starting five.
