Devin Harris to sign a one-year deal with Dallas

As reported by Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports, Devin Harris is really close to a return to the Dallas Mavericks. The two sides are negotiating a one-year contract. Harris started last season with Dallas but then he was traded to the Denver Nuggets.
