Undrafted guard Rawle Alkins is signing a two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls, as reported by Shams Charania. Alkins played with the Raptors during the Summer League in Las Vegas and impressed many executives around the league.
The former Arizona alum averaged 13 points and 4.8 rebounds per game last season.
