The Houston Rockets have agreed to a one-year minimum deal with point guard Michael Carter-Williams, as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Carter-Williams spent last season with the Charlotte Hornets, averaging 4.6 points and 2.2 assists per game.
