Jimmy Butler reportedly not willing to sign an extension with Minnesota

According to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times, Jimmy Butler has no intention to sign a contract extension with the Timberwolves this summer and wants to become a free-agent in 2019. Butler wants to test his market next summer and has reportedly had some issues with some teammates this season, including Karl-Anthony Towns.

"As for Butler, a league source said that he also has no intentions of signing an extension with Minnesota, all but fed up with the nonchalant attitude of his younger teammates, specifically Karl-Anthony Towns." Cowley wrote in his story.
