According to Scott Bordow of the Arizona Central, the Suns are willing to get to $15-20 million under the salary cap by renouncing their rights to center Alex Len and point guard Elfrid Payton and by not picking up the non-guaranteed contracts of Alan Williams, Tyler Ulis, Davon Reed, and Shaq Harrison.
