Ryan McDonough says Suns open to trading 1st pick but "that's unlikely"

Suns GM Ryan McDonough said that they are ready to listen to offers for the 1st pick of the upcoming NBA draft.

Per AZ Central,  Ryan McDonough said he will reach out to teams this coming week to “see if there are teams that want to blow us away with an offer for No. 1 because I think in this draft we’d be comfortable picking lower than that.”
Just as he said that, however, McDonough seemed to realize how those words might be interpreted.
“But I don’t want people overreacting to that comment,” he added. “I think that’s unlikely.”
