Iman Shumpert to exercise his $11 mln player option for the next season

As reported by Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports, Sacramento Kings guard Iman Shumpert has decided to exercise his $11 mln player option for the next season. Shumpert arrived to the Kings at the trade deadline from the Cleveland Cavaliers and never played a game for Sacramento due to an injury.

In this season, Shumpert only played 14 games.
