Wesley Matthews picked up his $18.6 mln player option for the next season

He'll stay in Dallas

As reported by Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports, Mavericks guard Wesley Matthews has decided to pick his $18.6 mln player option for the 2018-2019 season. Matthews will enter in the final year of his deal, signed back in 2015. In this season, Matthews averaged 12.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.
