Greek big man Georgios Papagiannis is signing a 10-day deal with the Portland Trail Blazers, as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Papagiannis was recently waived by the Sacramento Kings after being selected with13th overall pick in 2016 NBA draft.
