The New Orleans Pelicans have decided to keep guard Walter Lemon Jr. by signing him to a second 10-day contract, as reported by Michael Scotto of The Athletic.
Lemon, 25, played three games with the Pelicans under his first 10-day contract, averaging 1.3 points in 4.7 minutes per contest.
When his second 10-day contract expires, the Pelicans will have to decide whether to keep him or not for the remainder of the season.
