Marco Belinelli to sign with Philadelphia 76ers after clearing waivers

Italian guard Marco Belinelli has committed to signing with the Philadelphia 76ers, as reported by Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports and ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Belinelli, 31, will clear waivers and become an unrestricted free agent by Monday. He will sign a veteran minimum deal with the Sixers.

Guard Marco Belinelli has committed to the Philadelphia 76ers to sign a free agent contract, league sources tell ESPN. Belinelli agreed to a buyout with the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, and can sign with the Sixers upon clearing waivers.
