Cavs acquiring Rodney Hood and George Hill in a three-team trade with Kings and Jazz
Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose going to the Jazz

The Cleveland Cavaliers continue to reshape their roster and have acquired George Hill from the Kings and Rodney Hood from the Jazz in a three-team trade. Cavs will send Iman Shumpert, a 2020 second-round pick and cash considerations for Hill, while they'll trade Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose to the Jazz for Hood. The Kings will also get Joe Johnson from the Jazz.
Utah will also send Joe Johnson to Sacramento, and Cleveland will send Jae Crowder and Derek Rose to Utah, league sources tell ESPN. Sacramento sends George Hill to the Cavs.
