Bulls plan to waive Quincy Pondexter

As reported by Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports, the Chicago Bulls plan to waive forward Quincy Pondexter in order to create roster space to complete the trade with Pelicans. Pondexter has an expiring deal worth 3.8 mln this season.
