Pistons to sign Kay Felder to a two-way deal

Former 2016 Cavs second-rounder Kay Felder has agreed to a two-way contract with the Detroit Pistons, according to Shams Charania. Felder played 14 games with the Bulls this season, averaging 3.9 points and 1.4 assists per game.
