Per ESPN, The Lakers' starting center rolled his ankle after trying to challenge a shot from behind. He underwent X-rays, which were negative, but the team said Lopez will undergo an MRI on Tuesday.
Lopez left Staples Center wearing a walking boot and using crutches. He told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne that he will not join the Lakers on their upcoming road trip, which has stops Wednesday at Houston and Friday at Golden State.
