Sixers, Robert Covington finalizing $62 mln renegotiation and extension

As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Philadelphia 76ers and forward Robert Covington are finalizing a $62 mln contract renegotiation with a four-year extension. Covington will see a $15 mln increase in this year's salary, while the four-year extension will be worth around $45 mln.
In 13 games this season, Covington has averaged 16.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals while shooting 50 percent from 3-point range on more than seven attempts per game
