Kristaps Porzingis will have his own personal physiotherapist coming from Sevilla
They already worked together back in Spain

After missing 16 games last season and having some misunderstanding with the front office, Latvian star Kristaps Porzingis has decided to bring his own personal physiotherapist from Sevilla for the next season. Manolo Valdivieso, a former basketball player and currently a physiotherapist for Real Betis Sevilla, will be with Porzingis all the season and will follow him also during road trips. Valdivieso knows Porzingis very well and has worked with him since Latvian big man was only 17 years old.
"He’s been with me [for a while], we’ll keep working together, keep helping me out," Porzingis said. "He’ll be wherever I am. He knows me the best, knows my body the best. He worked with me when I was 17, 18 years old.’’
