Jeff Hornacek on Carmelo Anthony: 'If you think I'm not starting him, you're crazy'

"If you think I'm not going to start him you're crazy," New York Knicks head coach Jeff Hornacek said of Carmelo Anthony, who averaged 22.4 points and 5.9 rebounds last season. "He's a great player, he still is and he's going to lend a lot to our team. For us, we're assuming he's back."
