Cavaliers to sign Kendrick Perkins to a training camp deal

Kendrick Perkins will join the Cleveland Cavaliers training camp.
The big man has played with the Cavs in 2014-2015 and did not play last season in the NBA.
Perkins is interested in an NBA comeback but he is unlikely to sign for the season with Cleveland which has already 15 players under contract.
