Dwight Howard on his new experience in Charlotte: 'I hope to shut people's mouths'
The player was traded by the Hawks this summer

After just one season in his hometown Atlanta, Dwight Howard will play for the Charlotte Hornets next season. Howard will be coached by Steve Clifford, who was an assistant coach in Orlando when Howard was drafted. The big man believes that this season will be the right opportunity for him to prove people wrong:
"Cliff's going to push me, but he’s not going to ever be one of those guys who I would say would break my spirit,” Howard said in an interview with ESPN. "He really believes in me. Throughout all the mess that has happened the last couple of years, this is a great opportunity for me to prove to myself that I know exactly who I am - to just shut people’s mouths.”
