Rockets signing Troy Williams to a three-year deal

As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Houston Rockets are signing forward Troy Williams to a three-year partially guaranteed deal. The first year of the deal is fully guaranteed, Wojnarowski adds. Troy Williams joined the Rockets back in March on a 10-day contract.
